About Us
The Condominium Association ("COA") oversees the entire community via a Board of Directors that is elected annually. The Board of Directors works diligently to ensure that vital community services remain available, the rules are followed, and that residents' requests for services are reviewed in a timely manner.
Beacon 21 is a vibrant community, and small pets are most welcomed and permitted for all unit owners
Beacon 21 is unique in many ways, not the least of which is in the attention that is paid to the landscaping and beautification. The builders took care to preserve much of the natural flora, and over time there have been many enhancements made to keep the environment lush and inviting. There are ponds which provide some of our residents with tranquil water views.
Beacon 21 reminds everyone to drive safely at all times because many residents enjoy bicycling along the road, and many others can be seen power-walking or simply taking a stroll down to the clubhouse, pool, or marina to enjoy the sunsets
